I have this analogy.
For the heart that is the center of our being, he is the king.
He is flexible, his judgments for anything are relative, they're based on values that he has to rule his own kingdom. The king is also selfish yet he can be so greedy and demanding. His command needs to be heard, because he's sure whatever he wants is for making his kingdom glorified, so if his command are not followed, he will gives tension to his kingdom from betrayed his will. But the king is merciful. He is the one who has the compassion. Yes, he is the one who has the love, the greatest power that makes him to be the king of our being.
Almost all the time (except in the very urgent matter or when the king is so damn impulsive) everything in the kingdom is decided by the prime ministry called mind.
The prime ministry is the one who consider the outer part of the kingdom, the others kingdom. He is the one who knows what's the world's rule, the community's rule, the rule that is developed by majority vote in order to manage the harmony of all the kingdoms. He is the one who has strategy to fulfil the king's command to come real by considering all of world's rule. He has the logic, he's bold, yet he can be manipulative and sometimes a liar. he has the power to do the things. Yes, he is the one who has the brain, the absolut power that makes him to be the prime ministry of our being.
Last, there is soldier of our being, the body.
This is the one who will do the activities. He's always obey the command, anything, anywhere, anytime. He has voice in the decision making, but his job is only to do the things. And he can reject the decision and go strike by shutting down all the activities. Yes, he is the one who has the physical power that makes him to be the soldier of our being.
Heart, Mind, Body. This three things is united to be one kingdom. Called them trinity of our being. And this trinity should work together in balance and in great harmony to reach their kingdom's ultimate goal in the best way.
And I will remember yesterday's conversation between me and my very best friend:
Him: "You're here to looking for your true calling. And do the best you can. To prove that God hasn't had a mistake in sending us to do our purpose in His earth :) "
Me: "Rite, rite, and rite. But beside all of the things that our heart wants, there is always a limit called other people. Do what your heart call, but make sure it's obviously not harming anyone"
